Why I can’t export all my data?

Data licence agreement's restrict the amount of data that can be extracted and re-purposed from Helix.

As such, the export function has a limit of exports of 10000 lines for any given search.

If your case-needs exceed this limit please contact us so that we may understand your use case and provide additional support.

Should your export not function under 10000 lines there may be a system error. Kindly contact our team and will assist you in getting the results.
